Introduction
TECNOSUPER LTDA, specialized in the implementation, training, and support of the E-sus health system, aiming to ensure transparency and security for its direct client, as well as complying with the general data protection policy established by Law 13.709/2018 so that data is treated appropriately and follows the guidelines established by national legislation, establishes its privacy policy under the following terms:
WHAT DATA DOES TECNOSUPER COLLECT?
TECNOSUPER collects registration data from its direct clients, which include: Name, Company Name, Addresses, Phone Number, CNPJ, CPF, RG, date of birth, gender, role or position, and banking data (when necessary). Data collection occurs for the purposes of sales, telemarketing, prospecting, contracting, and services provided by TECNOSUPER.
The collection of this data occurs when the client contacts TECNOSUPER through the sales channels (Email and Phone) and fills out the service registration or through data provided by TECNOSUPER’s partners that also comply with the General Data Protection Law guidelines.
TECNOSUPER complies with current legislation, especially civil, consumer, and the resolutions established by the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL).
Contacts with direct clients made via telephone, telemarketing, or similar methods will be recorded under Resolution 426/05 and Annex 567/11 of the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL).
TECNOSUPER does not process data of minors.
The hardware and services sold by TECNOSUPER to its clients do not include data collection and storage, as these are performed by the client, by a company contracted by them, through a specific server, outside TECNOSUPER's reach.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our service and/or hardware by our direct clients with their customers regarding data, as we do not process such data.
TECNOSUPER does not collect sensitive data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, or affiliation with religious, philosophical, or political organizations, or data regarding your health or sexual life.
HOW LONG DOES TECNOSUPER PROCESS YOUR DATA?
TECNOSUPER processes data for the duration of the services provided to its direct clients but also retains data after the contractual relationship ends to comply with the law, such as in cases where it is necessary to provide data to public authorities or to defend in legal proceedings. Some of the deadlines we observe are as follows:
- Registration and billing data: stored for at least 05 (five) years;
WILL YOUR DATA BE SHARED?
TECNOSUPER does not share the data of its direct clients with telemarketing companies or any other type of advertising. However, to provide complete service, it needs to share data with some third parties:
- Technical staff or outsourced company employees – so they can perform scheduled preventive or corrective maintenance, when necessary.
- Financial institutions and collection companies – to issue invoices and collect outstanding bills.
- Public sector – to comply with inspections by our regulatory body and in response to police requests or court orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA?
TECNOSUPER, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), guarantees its direct clients the following rights:
- Confirmation of the existence of data processing: If you are a client, or have been a client of TECNOSUPER, or if you are in the process of contracting our services and products, your data will be processed by our company.
- Right to access, correction/updates, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data: TECNOSUPER only processes data deemed necessary for its direct clients. - Data portability: TECNOSUPER guarantees a copy of all data it holds to the requesting client.
- Deletion: Data will be deleted after the legal retention periods to comply with applicable laws.
